We believe, here at Southwestern Office Systems, that reconditioned copiers fill a definite need for those companies that require feature rich high-speed equipment, but just can't justify new because of a low volume or for budgetary reasons.
For those customers, we are continuously searching for, buying and rebuilding specific proven products that are current technology, young and low volume. We search out early lease returns, government early returns and of course our own trade-in equipment, each copier is subject to our rigid standards, if a component is suspected of being worn it is replaced.
When the final testing is complete and the inspection process passes, we place an incredible ONE-YEAR WARRANTY on each copier. We also guarantee inexpensive ongoing service and supply availability after the warranty period.
Financing is available for up to three years on all of our reconditioned copiers, at the same low rates as new.
You won't find any old worn out equipment here at Southwestern Office Systems; we sell those to our competition.
