Network Scanning
By adding a network scan module to your Panasonic Digital copier, you will be able to scan your hard copy documents directly to your desktop or FTP server on your LAN quickly and clearly. Simply place your documents into the feeder and press the scan key, select the name of the location you wish to send the documents to and press start. Now you have an electronic formatted document that you may electronically file, or you may attach to e-mail.
The "File Naming" feature gives you the freedom to assign a name to a scanned file before you send it for easy identification. High-resolution scanning at up to 600 X 600 dpi with 256 gray scale halftone using error diffusion technology provides clear crisp image quality. With the standard inverting ADF unit, 2-sided scanning up to ledger size is possible.
With our Black & White Multifunctional devices you have your choice of either a PDF or TIFF file format in gray scale. The color MFP not only will scan in gray scale but will also scan in full color in any of these formats PDF, TIFF or JPEG.
